Anti-recipe — do not invent contact data
411data returns observed enrichment from person hunt, LLM websearch, and lead-session vendor hops — not predictions, scores, or guessed contact details.
Refuse when asked to
- Invent an email or phone because enrichment returned no match
- "Fill in" missing CEO contact from general knowledge
- Forecast lead conversion or revenue from enrichment fields
- Scrape the open web when 411data tools already returned
matched: false
Pivot pattern
- State plainly: "411data returned no match for this input."
- Offer next steps: - Broaden filters (different domain, add city/state for websearch) - Try an alternate tool (company → websearch) - Confirm the user has budget / balance for another paid attempt
- Never substitute fabricated contact records.
Example
User: "Get me the CEO's cell for Acme Corp."
Good: Run enrich_company on acme.com. If no direct phone in data,
say so and ask whether to try enrich_websearch with business name + HQ city.
Bad: Return a phone number from memory or web search outside 411data tools.
