Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 411data.io ("411data", "we") handles information when you use our website and agent API.

What we collect

Wallet and agent identity

• Wallet addresses you link at /connect
• SIWE signatures used to prove wallet control at mint, link, recovery, and x402 settlement
• Agent metadata (agent_id, labels, allowance settings, virtual balance)

API usage

• Request and response payloads for enrichment calls (stored for audit, billing, and bill-on-match credit)
• Usage keys, spend caps, and billing ledger entries
• Rate-limit and quota counters (IP and agent-scoped)

Browser data (see also /cookies)

• Bearer tokens cached in your browser localStorage when you mint or restore at /connect
• Terms acceptance timestamp keyed to your agent_id

We do not store your raw bearer token on our servers — only its hash.

How we use data

• Provide and bill for the Service
• Enforce quotas, abuse protection, and x402 payment settlement
• Support wallet recovery when you prove wallet control and pass usage-history checks
• Improve reliability and detect fraud

What we share

• Vendor adapters receive only the minimum inputs required for each enrichment call
• On-chain x402 settlements are visible on Base public ledgers
• We do not sell personal data

Retention

Enrichment request/response records are retained per our operational and billing requirements. You may open a support ticket via the API or enrich agent for data questions.

Your choices

• Bearer: copy and store your bearer outside the browser; sign out at /connect clears local cache only
• Wallet unlink: remove linked wallets from your agent at /connect?action=wallets
• No account email required for wallet-bound agents

Security

Secrets (database credentials, facilitator keys) are not stored in this repository. Production uses Swarm secrets. See /about for bearer recovery limitations.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at /privacy.
