GoHighLevel lead export → 411data enrichment → dialer-ready import
GoHighLevel teams usually already own the account list — territory exports, pipeline snapshots, or a Smart List dumped to CSV before a calling sprint. The friction is not finding more leads. It is getting owner and officer cell lines into the phone fields your dialer and GHL workflows actually read, instead of a main line that rings reception.
411data enriches lists you already have permission to work. We do not sell new opt-in leads, and we do not scrub National DNC or litigator lists — run those in your compliance stack if your process requires them.
When this workflow fits
- You exported contacts or opportunities from GHL with thin phone data (one switchboard, blank mobile fields, stale numbers).
- Your import template expects specific headers —
Phone,Mobile,Company Name, custom fields — and you do not want a Friday-night Excel pass. - You want decision-maker-ranked phones (
number1= best DM line,number2= next candidate) before the file lands back in GHL or a parallel dialer.
Step 1 — Export from GoHighLevel
From GHL, export the Smart List or pipeline view you plan to dial. CSV is fine; column names vary by sub-account and custom fields. That is expected.
Keep whatever identifiers you need to round-trip the file: GHL contact id, external CRM keys, or a stable account number in a passthrough column. 411data does not require GHL ids — we synthesize internal keys when needed — but your import back into GHL is easier when the export id rides through untouched.
Upload path: batch UI or the API (batch CSV enrich). The ingress layer accepts comma, tab, or semicolon delimiters and maps non-standard headers via your prior mappings or an automatic header pass.
Step 2 — Batch enrich (bill-on-match)
Start enrichment from /batch after you mint a bearer if you need one (quickstart).
Billing is bill-on-match: rows we cannot fill auto-credit. You are not charged for empty matches. Ranking runs after enrichment — mobile and officer lines promoted ahead of switchboards; attorney and registered-agent numbers excluded from ranked dial slots (how ranking works).
Step 3 — Map to your GHL import schema with Export Builder
GHL import layouts are not fixed in 411data. Custom Export Builder learns your columns from a pasted sample row or header list:
- Paste one exported GHL row (or headers only) into derive columns.
- Save a profile version with hints like "put the best decision-maker phone in
Phone" and "officer mobile inMobileif present." - Enable
dm_phone_rankin profile settings so the mapper sees a deterministically ordered candidate list per lead. - Estimate → preview 3–5 rows → run the full export.
Passthrough columns (contact id, custom fields, tags you do not want rewritten) stay on source bindings. Enriched DM name, title, and ranked phones bind from the lead graph.
Download the CSV and import through GHL's contact import (or hand the same file to your dialer if you split workflows).
API and automation
Operators wiring GHL exports into a nightly job should read the developer guide and OpenAPI spec. Scoped usage keys let an agency run enrich + export without handing out the admin bearer (Connect hub recipe).
What we do not claim
- No TCPA-compliant lead labels. Compliance with calling rules is your process and counsel.
- No guaranteed match rate. Yield depends on your file; unmatched rows credit back under bill-on-match rules.
- No invented stats. We do not publish flat "100%" match claims.
Reach the decision maker, not the switchboard — export from GHL, enrich what you own, import a file shaped for how you actually dial.
